Is CBD legal in my state?

The 2018 Farm Bill explicitly allows the transfer of hemp-derived products across state lines for commercial or other purposes. It also puts no restrictions on the sale, transport, or possession of hemp-derived products, so long as those items are produced in a manner consistent with the law. Therefore, most experts believe the 2018 Farm Bill makes it clear that consumers across the United States can legally buy hemp-derived CBD products that comply with the below 0.3% THC federal mandate. However, individual states can still implement their own laws to explicitly act to ban CBD products, though we are not currently aware of any specific laws.
