How is Hemp different from Marijuana?

Both marijuana and hemp are variations of the cannabis plant. Over the years, some cannabis strains have been bred for increased concentrations of the psychoactive THC compound, whereas hemp strains have been bred for the potential therapeutic but non-psychoactive effects. The 2018 Farm Bill has legalized hemp cultivation across the United States. By law, hemp must have less than 0.3% THC.
